Episode 58 – Los Angeles Kings Roundtable Discussion, Part 2

The Los Angeles Kings Post-Season Roundtable continues with the media that covers the Kings on a regular basis. In this segment we talk about the progress and future of Kings defenseman Jack Johnson as well as Alexander Frolov’s status with the team and contract situation for next year. Should the LA Kings re-sign Frolov?

    I think Fro is a goner. He'll want too much and force DL's hand. But I hope we can get a more consistent forward in trade. Nice to see Matt representing this episode.

    Another GREAT episode guys. Hats of to Charles for giving the most sensible explanation of Jack Johnson as a player that I've ever heard. And of course, the Frolov debate is always a highlight of any cocktail conversation involving the Kings. Matt nailed that one.

    That was the first time I met Charles and he really knows his hockey. I think he was spot on with Johnson as well.

    Frolov is gone for sure. I have no official word on that but I think it's a foregone conclusion.
