Hey Purcell, there is no explanation for how poor you played with the Kings. You were terrible. for that reason...SEE YA!
  • "I got it as a gift. I found it. I won it in a contest."

Ok, I bought the freakin thing about 9 years ago. I'm actually a Patrick Roy fan and had a serious Ebay addiction back in the day and picked it up. I would never wear it to a Kings game or out of the house for that matter. Plus, having a Habs jersey is like owning a Manchester United or Team Canada or even NY Yankees jersey, it's a perennial franchise of it's particular sport.
  • hahahah SEE YA PURCELL! xD
  • The "See Ya" segment is gold. Its frustrating because he just wasn't going to do it with the Kings. You always want to be patient with prospects, but the Kings gave him every opportunity to grow and develop. Matt Moulson Part II.

A question that you asked that was kind of swept under the rug was the origin of Chris's jersey. Why the hell do you own that thing?

  • I, too, own a Habs sweater - with #22 on it. I loved Steve Shutt when he was with Montreal and later with the Kings. Hell, I own many sweaters from many teams, but I only wear my Kings sweaters out in public.
  • Great show guys! I almost couldn't make it through with that #habs jersey on there though. I would have to say it's a toss up for best trade deadline moves between the Kings and the Coyotes. Both are in tight in the Western race so it should be interesting! Cheers.

    yes.
I was watching the game as best as I could. start was at 2.30am so... anyway it was worth the effort...important point at the end. I think Richys turnover is just something that happens to anyone sometimes in his career In guess.

And we said exactly the same ha, ha to Kanada when Russia and Sweeden overcomed them back then. You didn't mentioned Anžes great performances oh, but agreed with the rest though. Great show especially that SEE YA part, LOL! You are quite right about him, now scoring but back then nothing from... bastard.
Well I like our scores here, both experienced and not too old to play at a highest level I think.
  • Thanks for watching! Anze did have a great wrister last night. He's quietly on a serious point stretch, very consistent.
  • See Ya Teddy! You guys must be on cloud nine with that trade.

Chris, the Habs jersey is looking sharp on you...you might have to keep that on for future episodes. :-) You gotta like what Phoenix did at the Deadline. And of course the Oilers getting rid of Lubo :-)
  • Of all places for Lubo to go it was to Anaheim. I always loved the guy and, at first, hated it when we traded him. I guess he really likes SoCal.

Teddy will be a 25 goal scorer. Bank on it. He just couldn't do it with the Kings.
  • Yeah, happy with that one for sure. But, we all know what a change of scenery can do. Teddy will probably be fine wherever he ends of for the long term.

I agree, PHX nailed it at the deadline. Wolski is a great addition, beat Colorado in his first game with the team.
