Big win there by Kings over Sharks! Finally Kopitar and Brown scored...

i can tell you exactly what we should do with Purcell...TRADE EM' it is pointless to send him back to manchester. that is unless he uses his demotion to his advantage and attempts to improve his game. Not sure if their is anything left the organization can do.
  • I believe the conversation about a potential loss went like this:

"What do we do if the Kings lose?"
    "Relentlessly mock the Oilers."
"What do we do if the Kings win?"
    "Relentlessly mock the Oilers."

Thankfully it worked out... but either way, we had our bases covered. I think I speak for everyone when I say that I cant wait until Chris is back taking his rightful spot in front of the camera and behind a cocktail.
  • Thanks again Matt, you were an awesome replacement! I have a feeling we'll have plenty more shows for you...

Amazing episode! I'll make a bet saying that the Panthers will finish with a better record than the Kings ... wait ... i think that i'll keep my dignity and just accept the fact that the Stanley Cup is not coming until we actually get ice in Florida!!

LOVED IT! And not just because Nadeau is in the doghouse right now, although that has it's benefits. Great job Matt Reitz! Looking forward to the next mash-up, since I think we have at least one more game against the Oilers. Happy Turkey Day!
  • Cmon' Meg, don't be so hard on me. :-) We will definitely do it again. Happy Thanksgiving!
  • It's a lot more fun to do this when I'm on the winning side. There was discussion of "what the hell are we going to do if we lose?". Luckily we didn't need to explore that. We had a blast doing this with Chris at The Hockey Zen.
  • It was still a blast being on the losing side. Hopefully both teams improve on their play from last night. Congrats on the first win, but I am not buying any Jagr yet :-)
