I have to agree with you completely on this one. Ersberg is a good backup who rarely plays and when he does (says Lombardi) he plays against Heatley-Thorton-Marleau. Not playing Erik is a slap in the face to a very positive and patient netminder. <br><br>Does Bernier have more potential with the organization? Absolutely. But he ain't the backup this season.
